We have some employers who seem to be specifically looking for Polish students:
Lifeguard, Baltimore and Washington, DC: => (They will take 10-15 Polish students. Must work from May 24-Sept.6, great English, and strong swimmers).
Start: Summer 2010
Dates: Start date between: May 14-24 - End date: September 7
Minimum Hours: 32-50 per week per week
Pay: $7.75 per hour
Location: Baltimore and Washington, DC
Nearest Airport: Dulles International
Housing: Provided by employer for $98 per week and a $150 security deposit.
Summary: This employer is looking for people with strong swimming abilities to work at various pool locations. Participants will go through a rigorous training program before being set to work. The employer provides guaranteed hours, good pay as well as assistance with housing and transportation, making this an excellent opportunity. Furthermore, the training will help students get work as lifeguards in the future.
Notes: Host company provides training on how to ensure pool safety. Students who work through the entire work period are guaranteed a minimum gross income for the season.
Pools are located in the Washington D.C., Baltimore and surrounding areas. Students must have excellent English abilities
